Byron & Fort Valley in Peach County

Byron Train Depot Museum
In the early 1850s, Byron was a flag-stop on the Southwestern Railroad and was known as “Number One and One-Half Station.”

Old Jail Museum in Byron GA
The old Byron jail, built around 1875, is now the headquarters building for the Byron Area Historical Society. In 1998, the society renovated the building.
